International Business Development Manager

ViTalent Engineering Oy is a Finland-based company providing engineering and technical project services, with a focus on IT infrastructure, data centre projects, and related implementation and support services. We work with business customers and project partners to meet their technical and operational needs.

We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities with international companies operating in Finland.

Your responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate customers and project partners.

· Build and maintain relationships with customers, including international companies operating in Finland.

· Understand customer requirements and work with technical personnel to develop suitable service proposals.

· Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.

· Support commercial negotiations and follow up on contracts and business opportunities.

· Coordinate the handover of agreed customer requirements to the project delivery team.

· Maintain customer records and report on sales opportunities and business development activities.

· Monitor relevant market developments and identify opportunities for long-term cooperation.

What we are looking for

· Experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or a related commercial role.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to understand customer needs and communicate the value of technical services.

· An organised, proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

· Ability to collaborate with management, technical specialists, and project partners.

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

· Chinese language proficiency is a plus.

Experience in engineering services, IT infrastructure, data centres, or subcontracting is an advantage.
